This thing is strong! I cut it in pieces of 4 to make it more manageable. I have yet to eat an entire gummy. Half of a gummy is what I use when I wanna really mellow down or a quarter to sleep.

If you’ve ever lostva child and then couldn’t sleep well. Well just taking 1/2 of this gummie allowed me to sleep all night. Now I’m up to a full gummie after 6 months. I would highly recommend this to anyone that can’t sleep by getting up and down all night. You’ll have the best sleep and stay asleep. I can’t go with pills as they make me throw up, but not with these gummies.
